Hello Michael Rosen class, hope you’re all okay!

We have seen some fantastic learning from you so far – thank you for all your photos and videos.

As Tapestry has had ongoing problems on Monday, we will only be completing four maths and phonics activities this week. Today’s maths and phonics videos will be re-uploaded onto Tapestry tomorrow for you, so you won’t have anything to catch up on.

For topic and our other activity, feel free to choose either Monday or Tuesday’s activity tomorrow 🙂

Colour monster

Last week our activities were based around the story ‘The Colour Monster’ which also linked well to Anti-bullying week.

In the story, the colour monster starts off confused and is made of muddled up colours and emotions. Through the story, he explores different feelings and colours of:

▪ happiness

▪ sadness

▪ anger

▪ fear

▪ calm

▪ love

We have enjoyed creating our own colour monsters, talking about our own feelings and even creating a huge colour monster! We also enjoyed creating sensory bottles to represent different emotions.
